Common Questions

PPF FAQ

How long does PPF last?

High-quality PPF typically lasts 7–10 years with proper maintenance. Our installations are backed by a manufacturer warranty covering yellowing, cracking, and delamination.

Will PPF change the look of my paint?

No. Modern PPF is optically clear and virtually invisible. In fact, it often enhances the appearance of your paint by adding a subtle depth and gloss to the surface.

Can PPF be removed without damaging the paint?

Yes — when professionally removed, PPF comes off cleanly without damaging the underlying factory paint. We recommend professional removal rather than DIY.

How is PPF different from ceramic coating?

PPF is a physical film that provides impact protection from chips and scratches. Ceramic coating is a chemical bond that adds hydrophobic properties and gloss. They complement each other — we often apply both.

How long does installation take?

Partial coverage takes 1–2 days. Full body PPF typically takes 3–5 days depending on the vehicle. We'll give you an accurate timeline during your consultation.
